Meaning, Castor is creeping after an oblivious Rom, and snatching him up by the tail.

After a few minutes of the Minun squealing and the Shinx shaking him by the tail, Ken appears on the scene]

Castor, don't--!

[And he pulls Rom free and into his arms

I have the same problems with my own Plusle. I believe, in some cases, mischievousness is ingrained in their personality.

I think this one is Castor's fault. [He is still chasing the Minun around the room.]

He's a lot of trouble.
