[ Well, this is certainly a new development.

The feed starts accidentally while Hannibal is searching through his bag. He notices the red light and pulls out the PokeGear, perplexed. However, when he speaks, he is calm, cool, and collected, as well as polite. He may come off as a complete gentleman, just a nice little old man.

Hmm. These seem rather hightech, compared to where I came from. Unless technology greatly improved in the States while I was away in Europe and it somehow stayed out of the news. Though I suppose somebody like you would have access to technology us civilians would only dream of having.

Interesting. I can only assume this was a private affair with the government, as I'm sure I would have heard about something about this had it been public. Though I suppose robots -- for lack of a better term, I hope you do not take offense to it -- with truly intelligent artificial intelligence is better than mindless drones shooting anything in the vicinity of their target area.

Ah, I would believe that, but as I have no experience with any such race, I'm afraid I cannot just take your word for it. Though I suppose such a thing is possible, in some strange dimensions other than my own.
