Treasure Hunt Eight [video/action Goldenrod]
[Yuffie's out and about Goldenrod, without any of her Poekees out for once. She has her egg nestled in her arms all wrapped up in the scarf Leon got her from Krissmiss. After that talk with Zack she was quite confident in the awesomeness of this egg.
So when she feels it begin to wiggle she looks down at it with surprise. It continues to move in her arms and she looks around for some place to set it down. There's a bench not too far off, so she hurries over and places the scarf bundle on the bench and quickly pulls her poekee gear out of her pocket to start recording.
The feed comes up with her oh-so-excited face.]
GUYS! GUYS!
MY EGG IS HATCHING!
[The egg comes into view, wiggling, and now cracks are appearing. Yuffie can be heard urging it along in the background impatient as ever. Eventually the cracks turn into holes and more cracks, and a leg appears. A bit more and out crawls the newly hatched Poekee.]
A-A... BUG! [She takes a couple of steps back as the gross bug thing crawls around on the bench, avoiding the broken remnants of its shell. It then spots her and makes a noise raising one of its leg in her direction. The video feed shakes as Yuffie falls backwards.]
Why is it a bug!? I HATE bugs! [Whine all you want Yuffie. You're now the proud mother of a baby Nincada.]
