[Shitenhouji and Rikkai? Not the best schools to be meeting straight after nationals. At least Seigaku had some sort of maybe positive relation with Hyotei.]

Perhaps not, but the members from Seigaku they'd least want to see are already here anyway. Somehow I doubt they'll mind as much in comparison.

I am, yes, but not everyone else is, necessarily. Whatever brings people here doesn't always seem to pull them from the same point in time.
