To be fair, Dittos being compatible with everything is pretty much the only part I understand...

They are. From what I've seen, they can transform to anything it wants.

And yeah, about six different kinds of Pokemon...Gonna be a while before I find all of these guys a home.

Probably not...It's a bit of a shock when you lie down on your pillow and find out it's actually your Ditto. [...Or chair...or jacket...or everything.]

If you can take one off my hands, that'll be great. Other than the Eevee and Glameow, you don't have to pay that much.
