I had my birthday in April. Not at all a bad experience - the cake in Goldenrod is excellent.

so have you been in goldenrod mostly? it seems like that's where a lot of people end up.

I have mostly been in Violet, actually. But I can understand why many choose to stay in Goldenrod. It is the largest city and probably feels like something familiar to most. If nothing else there is more to do there.

that's what i've heard from people around here. i plan on going there as soon as i can.

why haven't you traveled farther? do you like it in violet that much?

I do like that city but in my case it has more to do with unforeseen events keeping me there. Johto is pretty good at that kind of thing. Not that I minded very much.
