[After a loooong journey from Union Cave to Violet in the horrendous snow Ciel is glad to finally be in doors. He and Sebastian have been to the Pokémon Center to drop off their Pokémon for recovery and he'd just had a nice warm bath.
Now warm and clean, and feeling fresh he's sitting on the bed with the Growlithe egg he was finally able to pick up from the Pokémon Center. The nurse told him to be careful with it as it was getting close to hatching. It was indeed cracking and moving constantly. Even more so now, the cracks appearing more rapidly.
This is what the feed clicks on to. Ciel is watching the egg rather raptly, eyepatch missing at the moment, so both of his blue eyes are visible though one is slightly off color.
The egg is wiggling around on the bed cracking apart, and in a flash of brightness it's gone and in it's place is a little Growlithe pup.]
Grrrrrrroowwl!
[It takes a moment to stand then jumps at Ciel licking his face.
Now Take a moment here Johto. Write this one down in the history books because you'll likely never see it again. At least not so genuinely.
Ciel laughs as he half tries to push the puppy away but not really.]
Hey now! Down! Haha.
[After a moment of licking Ciel all over Growlithe settles in his lap and curls happily and Ciel picks up the gear, turning it on himself.]
Well, Miles, it would seem that I finally have my egg, and it's hatched. Once again, thank you. I quite like this creature.
I also managed to catch an... Ekans, a snake like Pokémon. This would bring my count up to five now.
Sebastian and I are finally in Violet City. I plan on staying here for a few days at least. Probably until the weather lets up a little.
[He briefly turns the camera back to the Growlithe who makes a sharp noise before turning it off.]
[[ooc: action for Violet City about an hour or so after this post is made he'll be around town. He and Sebastian need to go shopping, with Chrome too.]]
