They're actually quite easy, and though they take away from the journal sense he liked with the text, they bring in something more real. He still doesn't understand video. Someone might have to show him that one

[Ciel doesn't like that she knows all this. He supposes it's possible that she's inferred it from his posts. Or perhaps from his interactions with others if she's been monitoring those. But still something seems off about it. He has an inclination for these things and right now it's tugging on him. But he's not quite sure what it is.]

Technically, I'm Dee. [She'd add a 'it's nice to meet you' but she feels it'd be redundant.]

This body is 'Dee'. That's who I became once I entered this world.

I'm no demon, 'tho.

What are you then? How do you know things?

[Ciel doesn't like that she seems to know things.]

[Unfortunately for Ciel, Dee rarely is ever straightforward with her own nature, at least right away.]

I "know things" because I was there when you were born, at least with your name. On a broader scale, I wouldn't say I know everything.

[That is her older brother's job, of course.]
