Then you see the closeup of a Cranidos, before the pokémon turns the 'gear around to face the room. And there's Shinjiro, kneeling on the floor, with a tiny, tiny Cubone waddling towards him, dragging its bone club behind.
...eventually, the Cubone drops his club, as it falls into his trainer's arms, and Shinjiro rises, the little thing in his arms.]
