here's something that recently occurred to me: the beatles have a stupid fucking name. seriously. it's a pun, for christ's sake. i mean, think about that: the beatles are widely considered to be the greatest band ever and they have a name that is a pun, widely considered to be the lowest form of humor. now don't get me wrong, i love puns (and the beatles, obviously). but they don't belong in band names.
at least the rip chords were a pun on something cool-sounding.
