010 // video/action for Violet (finally!)
[ Sebastian has long since perfected the art of multitasking with a young boy attached. It's only marginally more difficult without his demonic strength, but he manages. The feed opens to the entrance of Violet City, then pans around to Sebastian, with a lightly dozing Ciel settled comfortably against his shoulder, supported by just one of Sebastian's arms. He speaks quietly, though he's sure he's going to wake Ciel, anyway. ]
Good afternoon, Violet City.
[ It doesn't take long for the boy to wake up after Sebastian starts speaking. He stirs slightly and opens his eyes. ]
Sebastian... what are you doing? Put me down.
[ Solemn-faced, Sebastian casts his eyes sideways at Ciel, not turning his face away from the camera. He also doesn't immediately move to put Ciel down. ]
I'm carrying you, young master. I believe you said you were tired just a little while ago?
We could have taken a brief break.
Certainly. However, had we, we would not be arriving in Violet now.
[ He actually turns the camera to capture Ciel's face at this revelation.
The boy looks mildly surprised for just a moment before turning to look at the city. ] No, we'd be arriving in another couple of hours. We are here though, at last.
[ Since the instruction wasn't repeated, Sebastian seems content to continue carrying Ciel, and he tips the camera back so that both of them are visible again as he resumes walking. ]
We'll find the Pokemon Center first, then check in -
What are you doing? I said put me down. Are you talking to the Network right now? [ Ciel is trying to remove himself from Sebastian now. ]
- honestly, young master. [ He sighs and stops walking to deposit Ciel rather unceremoniously on his feet in the snow. ]
As I was saying, after our Pokemon are looked after, we'll check in at the inn to warm ourselves up.
[ Ciel stumbles slightly, and catches himself on a tree, before glaring at the butler. ] And who said you got to decide what we do? [ It's petulant, mostly.
The camera swings around to focus entirely on Ciel again. ]
My apologies. You're welcome to do as you please, of course. I'm going to take Ellie and Gressil in and likely leave them there for a bit to recover, and then, if you have somewhere better to be, I suppose I'll be drawing myself a hot bath with lavender.
[ The boy scowls at him, before smoothing his clothes down and regaining his composure. ]
We'll head to the Pokemon Center first, then check ourselves into the inn.
[ Sebastian brings the camera back to himself to showcase the smile he's wearing; equal parts smug and amused. He looks off-camera to Ciel again. ]
