Also, how many / what sorts of supplies will Tifa be offering? I need a vague idea, just because Sebastian and Ciel have six days ahead of them, and before Tifa came along, they would have had... er, almost nothing. xD; Out of potions, one half-fainted Pokémon between them, and barely enough food for each of them to have one snack each day. This trip was not planned well. ]

She packed a lot on impulse because when she was traveling it was with America and Aerith. So she has enough food for two other people to eat three full meals every day for about four days. She'll offer that to them and some of her rations seeing as she's almost to Azelea anyway. She'll also have about four of each of the health items.
Basically she'll take everything out of her pack and just ask them to take what they need.]

When it comes to Potions/etc. and Revives (if she has them), Sebastian won't hesitate on those; they've got five useless Pokémon with them right now, and they'll need the Potions for the one who isn't fainted, since they ran out of Repels already. He'll go a bit easier on the food, but Ciel hasn't eaten in days, so he'll use that as an excuse (even though he's hungry, too). He won't clean her out, though.
And he'll try to offer her some money, too, but if she won't take it, he won't push too hard. ♥ ]

Yep! She has 'em. And she'll gladly hand them over. And probably give them all of her health items if she finds out their pokémon really need them. So go for it!
Haha, she'll definitely refuse it. She accumulated a ton of money for working for so long in Violet. :3]
