Personality: First, I would like to link you all to this --- which is a video that the author, Andrew Hussie, has linked to various times and enjoys himself. It stars Clubs Deuce! And also his family, but mostly Deuce.
Alright then. Clubs Deuce, to begin with, has a very childlike demeanor. He's very kind to everyone, and doesn't particularly like doing things that will bother others! Unless, of course, he was ordered to. Then whatever! He's very laid back when it comes to recieving orders, and will always do what his leader, Slick, says! Not that Clubs does it particularly well, with the knee tapping and hat swapping and other HORRIBLE TORTURES that he put Doze through. Pretty sure Slick meant beat the guy.
And again, Clubs is very kind! Where Slick would normally insult and attack, Clubs compliments and prods at gently. Very gentle prodding. He'll get you to talk within the next few years! Of course, being so kind means he loves to do things for his friends. Your birthday? No problem! Here's a cake, a gift, and probably some booze. Need bail? Sure! Just let him crack out his wallet. Need a ride? Sorry! He can't drive yet. But he'll gladly get someone else to drive you! He's also good with sharing and what not. Secrets, most definitely! Since he has the worst memory in the world as it is, he'll just take it in and never remember it anyway!
Clubs takes a lot of things at face value, thinking the other members's sarcasm and jokes are serious, but holds no rage or hate or... anything against them. They're his family! Well, more like a club or just a group of friends, but he considers them all to be very close. Especially him and Droog! Droog is his best friend. Which makes sense, since droog is Russian for friend, ironically. Of course, with taking things at face value like he does, it is easy to hurt his feelings. But with the demeanor of a young child, he's more likely to cry or pap you with a club than hate you or get seriously upset. He'll actually probably forgive you in the same exact conversation. Same goes for bad situations -- if for some reason there is somehow absolutely positively no way for him to be optimistic, he'd most likely just cry or go to one of the other members of the crew for help. He cannot even hate Slick, no matter how mean and angry he is. Slick is just too cool and suave and easy to look up to! Clubs looks up to everyone, really. There isn't a lot of people shorter than him.
Of course, Clubs Deuce still has a bit of a mouth; more tame than the other members, but he does. I mean, what is he, a child? PFFFT.
Also, he likes licorice. Mmmm.
Strengths/Weaknesses:

STRENGTHS:
Stature: Thanks to his small, pudgey, and therefore extremely lovable and huggable stature, he is able to _____ SOMETHING IN THE _____ TO ESTABLISH _____. Such as Bludgeoning Ace Dick in the Snout to Establish Similarity, or Punching Clocks in the Face to Establish Chronology. His size also makes him the perfect decoy for the Midnight Crew, as he can easily slip in places and by people sneakily. He is the stealthiest. It is him.
Unfazeable: Since he is the demolitions expert of the Midnight Crew, he is used to hearing explosions and seeing fire and things of the same general nature! The only thing that would really get to him is the death of one of the other members, possibly. That and a BULL PENIS CANE.
Drubbings: Speaking of the BULL PENIS CANE, Clubs is armed with an array of, well, clubs along with his explosives. He is very skilled at wielding them! During interrogations and other periods of HORRENDOUS TORTURE, Clubs will most definitely drub you with them! Not particularly hard, of course. Wouldn't want you bruising or anything!
Serious: HE IS VERY SERIOUS ABOUT HIS JOB. Especially when it comes to taking orders! ESPECIALLY when those orders are from Droog or Slick! But he's basically really good at taking orders even if he uh. isn't so good with doing them correctly.
HUGGABILITY: you know you want to
WEAKNESSES:
Spacey: He's very easily sidetracked, and can stop doing whatever he was doing for hours, only to ultimately forget what he was up to altogether. It makes him one of the worst people to go to to get a job done, but he does make a good decoy.
Childishness: He's a very innocent mobster. Actually, completely innocent would be better to say. It's hard for him to do anything mobster-like, thanks to this, unless explosives are involved.
Okay, he basically cannot do anything other than his strengths. Well, he can balance C4 on his head pretty well. It's impressive; how one can manage to balance a card on one's head while walking through an entirely green mansion, nobody knows.
Pokemon
Starter: Licorice the Koffiiiing. He can handle it, he's an expert on explosives!

First Person Sample: [Hey. This doesn't look like the Felt's mansion! It's a lot less green, and has less... ticking.]
Gee, this place... it isn't very nice looking at all. I should redecorate it a bit!
I'm sure whoever lives here would certainly enjoy that.
[Clubs Deuce sets about doing just that --- moving things around (that he could), and hiding every unsightly stain or faded spot on the wall with a lovely drawing. How nice of them, leaving a pen and some paper like that! Very thoughtful indeed, as it's just what this place needed. Yes.
Of course, Deuce's attention is distracted further by the Pokeball sitting on the desk (which is now on the far side of the room, rather than next to the bed. It simply looks better over there!), and picks it up in his stumpy little person fingers.]
What a neat little trinket! I'm sure Droog would think it's neat too. Oh? It has a button! Maybe it's some sort of toy?
[The glee cannot be held in! He must press the button. Simply must. And poof --- out comes a generous amount of gas and stank and other things that normally follow a Koffing around. But Clubs doesn't care. He has a new meteor friend!]
Gee... hello there, purple meteor fellow! Why were you in this silly little toy?
[To which it replies with "FIIIIIIIIIING". But he's alright with that! This mysterious fellow must not speak his language is all. This poor immigrant, all lost and cooped up in such a silly toy!]
Do you have a name, mister? I could probably give you a name! Would you like one?
[Oh, Deuce's face lights up right when the Koffing's does --- obviously it wants a name!]
I'll name you Licorice, then! It's an awfully good candy. Have you ever had any? I'd share some with you, but I'd have to get out my backup hat!
[And that's when it hits him --- a silly looking sphere... a weird meteor fellow with no name...]
You're a baby, aren't you? I just hatched a baby! Aw, how precious. I simply must tell Droog!
Third Person Sample:
The happiest mobster in Johto wandered around the little city a bit. Mahagony, right? What a quaint little name for a quaint little town! He especially liked the gingerbread look of the buildings. So cute! He almost wanted to eat them! But he couldn't help noticing his Koffing dawdling around behind him, getting so distracted! What a silly fellow! "Come on, Licorice, we have to find the rest of the Crew! They've probably already left, if they were here. Slick can be so impatient. He really needs to learn to just settle down, huh?"
To which he got a "Kooooofff" in return. Deuce really wished he could speak this poor guy's language! It must be weird, being a poor little immigrant in a world like this! Unable to speak anyone's language. But Clubs has convinced himself that that's what he's here for! To help this poor fellow live in such a quaint little town! Really, the architechture is just splendid. He really should've been going to find Slick, but he just couldn't help it, with how nice this place is! Slick really wouldn't have appreciated it. And neither would have Droog -- but he knows he's definitely talking to Boxcars about it! Boxcars always enjoys this kind of stuff with him.
The Koffing nudged Clubs a bit in the side, accidentally releasing more of his noxious fumes, and Clubs just smiled and patted his head. "Oh, you're tired? Poor thing. I've got you traveling all day, don't I? I'm sure we can take a break! Slick wouldn't mind if we were just a little tardy." So Clubs sat down against a tree with his Koffing, and rummaged through his backpack. Oh! There's some nice things in here! Some extra clothes (though they're much too big! Those Team Rocket fellows sure are weird), some towels and soap, and some food! Just what he needs. He opened up the bag of trail mix and gave it to the sleepy Koffing. "Here you go! You must still be young, so it's good to eat up!" And he patted Licorice's head, as he shared the bag of food in the shade. Deuce doesn't know why, but he can feel it -- he's got a long journey ahead of him.
