Consequences of getting the results of last week's English practice test:
1) Got scolded by homeroom teacher about how she expects better of me. Somehow she managed to omit 'even worse than Tajima-kun,' but I've seen his score, and yeah. She could have said it.
2) Got scolded at home for not spending enough time studying and too much on baseball. It's like clockwork. Can't be helped.
3) Got a twenty minutes lecture on language taxonomy in general and the core differences between the Indo-European and Macro-Altaic language families in particular, because apparently being in university means becoming unable to tell that "why can't everyone speak Japanese anyway" is a rhethorical question. Nakazawa, is your brother also a smug asshole about whatever he's studying, or am I just that lucky?
