Nanao stood by the entrance to Sprout tower, breath steaming in the crisp air. Violet City was certainly more... traditional than Newbark and Cherrygrove in some ways, and so Nanao didn't feel too out of place, dressed as she was in her kimono. Pidgeys are pretty good, especially when they evolve.

Skarmory as well, but I guess it's also Steel-type according to the Pokedex.

I was tossing up between a Pidgey and a Spearow - mainly as a messenger bird.

And where would I get a Skamory? I think they live up near Blackthorn, or something...

They're both pretty good for battles too, at least from what I've seen from my friends'.

Yeah, they do but I have one that I started with. I could always try this breeding thing I heard of and give you one.

You don't have to offer much. It's just good enough that you're teaching me how to breed.
