Wow this week has been tiring. I don't feel like I've gotten anything done, but I've actually accomplished a lot. I turned my Purdue application, I'm going to turn in my U of I application tomorrow, and I only have one essay left for Stanford...at least I'm looking at being very close to the deadline in a good light? The concert went not as well as I had hoped. I thought we did okay to good, but after listening to the recording I just thought we could have done so much better. Saturday is the last competition ever for marching band. It will indeed be bittersweet. :( - - I would for sure stay in high school just to be in band and marching band. But alas, time must move forward. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. Right now, time is moving waaay to faaasssttt (like objects moving at near speed of light, apparantly my words get longer). I'm not sure how this weekend will go, hopefully well. It seemed like every rehersal today was unfocused and uncaring. It was getting annoying, I really wanted to work on Fanfare for a Golden Sky, but people kept talking and we didn't get to play it.
