1. She truly believes in her heart that Arthur is unfit to rule. Any man who puts so much importance on being loved by a person who they know betrays them is not a leader. This is more due to her having no regard for Guinevere than she would like to admit; she views the queen as weak-willed, flippant and worst of all, hypocritical. Such a woman has no place in a royal court of any kind. If Arthur loves her then he is a fool.
2. She knows that the only way to effectively break Arthur down is to get to Lancelot, however. Their love for each other is decidedly abnormal in her opinion, and she knows that exploiting that is to her greatest advantage. Well, aware that Lancelot is smarter than he appears, she is more cautious around him than she is around Arthur and Guinevere. She has often prodded the great knight with questions as she tries to seduce and trick him, but finds that his answers are muddled; when he is drunk, his ability to distinguish Arthur from Guinevere diminishes greatly. She finds this amusing, but is unable to discover how that information may help her.
3. She is particularly furious at the fact that Arthur knows what she has been doing and does not confront her about it. Merlin infuriates her for similar reasons (her relationship with Merlin is a whole other can of worms...). She had held out some hope that as Arthur grew old he would become wiser and learn to properly assert his authority, but this has not come about. She thinks his knights arrogant (particularly Gawain, nevermind that he is family after a fashion, he is an arrogant arse) and his system flawed, too trusting of the people. She knows well what that sort of trust can do, as she would be imprisoned had Arthur been any other king.
