Sloppy Service
First a gift that Mom and I picked out for Lauren (as a thank you for taking me to the hospital) was delivered to Texas and was already signed off by a "A. Lisa".
Don't trust FedEx.
SOOOOooo.. We managed to get a replacement and told them to use UPS.
Second, the company that delivers my medical supplies just told us, because we called THEM first, that my insurance didn't want to pay for 33 dollars worth of my supplies. So the company has been putting my boxes on hold until someone paid them. WE ORDERED THIS STUFF LAST WEEK.
No phone call from the company or anything to tell us.
I'm on my last waffer here, people.
