Alright, so I realize I haven't been updating this very often. This is not necessarily because nothing has been happening, but mostly because I am too lazy to write it down.
Yesterday was really fun. We had our in-house House Retreat, so we all laid out on the sundeck in our suits and tanned, ate and talked. It was really fun, but we got really hot really fast, so we decided to take a dip in the inflatable kiddie pool on the front lawn (Remember kids, no diving! Is that warning really necessary when the water clearly doesn't even go above your knees?). It was really fun watching all the random guys walking around on the row looking really confused about why like 10 girls were crammed into a kiddie pool on the APhi lawn.
Then, home to do some homework. Didn't end up accomplishing anything. Well, that's a lie. I did beat my high score on Tetris. SWEET! If I flunk out of school, it will be because of Tetris. That game is freakin' addicting!
So then we started getting ready for Sigma Chi Mayhem because we wanted to make a 21 Choices run before going out. Sadly, no Adrian, but the Fro-Yo was still quality. About how wearing short skirts apparently makes everyone more friendly. Girls, we must remember this from now on.
After 21 Choices, we headed to Arpna's to get her room key. The reason is sooo sad. File this under the category of "You Know You Are Becoming An Alcoholic When..." : You drive to Glendale to get your friend's room key because the alcohol is trapped inside and her roommmate won't be back until midnight. Sad but true. Crisis averted, we liberated and consumed the alcohol and everything was good.
After some pre-partying action, we headed out to Mayhem. For the details of this, you'll just have to talk to me, because this post is getting long enough as it is. Let's just say we have some good stories to share ;) It was Mayhem, for sure.
After the party and our new friend Kyle's apartment, we headed over to ATO to find some pledges to drive us home so we wouldn't have to walk in the cold. It was so fun just hanging around there with our new friends Rob (nickname in progress!), Eric (Goldilocks), etc. and an old friend, Zack (Zackaroni, Zackaroo, the list goes on). These boys crack me up. Ooh and their puppy is so cute! Poor lil' Henry. He should not have to live in a frat house.
Anyways, so finally we found someone sober enough to drive us back (thank you Ceder!) and managed to convince the guys to drop us off before their much needed J-Bo (Jack in the Box) run. Megan and I wrote some lovely messages to everyone and then headed off to our rooms around 5am.
Alright, that's all you get.
