Taking requests to do Taxes~ practice
Just finished with doing my taxes~. The stimilus check we received is not deducted from your taxes; they are added if you did not receive one. I did my friends taxes from work by hand and they went to the IRS to have them done for free (the IRS didn't bother to put 401(k) on her taxes since it was after all the calulations only $9-) since I don't have a working laptop and a printer to give them the forms after finishing them.
I want more practice so now I'm looking for anyone who would like to let me do their taxes by hand (you would still have to go have it done unless you want me to have it done on the IRS website by efile. There are a few at work who are going to let me have their information than compare it to what they have done. As the moment the only ones I have done are too simple and I need married file jointly and I want some harder material to work with. I can still do taxes for those who are single and only have a little to work with, but the more harder it gets the better. Info needed: Just your name if you want to keep it simple. Information in the W2 you would feel like sharing and any other important tax documents you would like to send.
