Revenge. Punishment. Justice.

The line is so narrow between them, how does one find a balance?

nananananananana batfilter!, what is the worth?, guilt, bat

...Justice, huh?

The meaning of justice can change from one day to the next.

In what way?

Because politics are fickle. They change with the times.

Revenge versus punishment... You will find your balance and deliver it -- but a professional soldier never brings justice into the equation.

What keeps that from becoming revenge.

Punishment in the name of justice is revenge, isn't it?

I don't see what the question is.

Revenge is personal.

Everything is as personal as you make it, really. If you put it that way, both justice and punishment's also personal.

I still don't see what the question is.

Justice is doing what is right regardless of your emotions. If you make justice personal, then it is far closer to revenge.

During my time serving the Young Master I have come to find that each of those is rather subjective.

What one person sees as justice, another may see as punishment.

There will always be a difference in opinion.

Umm... *she fidgets bit since she's nervous*

I don't know about revenge and punishment.. but justice, when you do something for justice, you should be ready for the consequences ... and responsibilities.

The other two ... isn't it just something to free yourself...?

Free myself...

Doubtful.

I know. I suppose I wanted to hear what others had to say about it. These are not concepts that existed in my world.
