Random sentences
So, I have a bunch of fanfic sentences I've written, either because of a prompt challenge shiny_pichu and I did a long time ago, or because of the Trick-or-Treat meme I did in October. Either way, I have these, and I'm not sure what to do with them. They're not real stories or anything, just snippets of things. Yet I did write them, and I wanted to have all these kinds of writings together in one place.
So I'm putting them all up here as a little sentence collection, just because. Hehe. I'm not going to do my usual fic summary, since these aren't much of anything, but they'll be in my memorable entries somewhere. And I'll put up tags of what fandom they belong to. But anyway...yeah...
The first few are the ones I did through the challenge with shiny_pichu. I came up with characters/pairings I liked, and she gave me random prompts for them.
Broken Glass - Zuko/Katara (Avatar: The Last Airbender)
She yelled at him fiercely, and he saw the pain of his betrayal - of what he used to be - glaring back at him in her sapphire eyes.
Twenty-Four - Luigi/Daisy (Super Mario)
When she was with him, there just weren't enough hours in the day.
Run Away - Leatherhead (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, 2003)
He could feel his control slipping into carnal rage, and there was nowhere he could escape from it.
Courage - Tech (Loonatics: Unleashed)
When he was building, he knew there was always the possibility that his invention would fail…but he built it anyway.
Time - Nigel/Abby (Codename: Kids Next Door)
She hadn't seen him in over forty years, and when she did he looked exactly the same as when he left; when she told him so, he smiled over his sunglasses and replied, "So do you."
Charcoal - Sonic/Amy (Sonic the Hedgehog)
She seemed to glow whenever she saw him; when he ran away from her, it smoldered her heart with a dusty black pain.
Home - Clockwork (Danny Phantom)
He existed outside of time, a being that was everywhere and nowhere at all - there was not a single place that he could call his own.
Orange - Wilt (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends)
If he had to decide, he would say the citrus was his favorite; in the old days, he would help Jordan shoot the mini-basketball fruit into a blender…and it tasted pretty good, too.

Fakir/Ahiru (Princess Tutu) for nuitsongeur
Ahiru wasn't a lot of things - she wasn't really beautiful, she wasn't graceful, she wasn't strong or intelligent; but it was all those things she wasn't, and what's more all the things she was - clumsy, silly, cute, kind, friendly, determined, always willing to forgive his stupid mistakes, happier than anyone he knew, and simply just amazing - that made her so precious to him.
Batman/Catwoman (Batman) for tiger_eyes
When Selina first began this lifestyle, she found a certain thrill in thieving that she never experienced before; even now, the thrill was still there, but this time it all came from seeing just how long he would chase her.
Neo-Queen Serenity (Sailor Moon) for uponadecember
Certainly change was bound to occur after 1000 years - yet the girl she had been at 14 still bubbled beneath her regal surface, simply waiting for moments like a thunderstorm to draw her out.
Shifu and Tigress (Kung Fu Panda) for princessatta
"I am proud of you," Shifu assured her; the words sounded awkward from oversight, but he had already made the mistake of waiting this long to tell her, and never being able to let her know was a risk he simply could not take.
Minako (Sailor Moon) for moonys_autumn
Minako understood that it was for good reason...and she knew it was impossible, knew it was something never meant for her - knew she was fated to never fall in love - yet she continued to try, and never gave up hope that maybe Adonis' prediction was wrong; Destiny had been changed before, so who's to say that it couldn't happen again?
Exile and Blitz (Road Rovers) for starvingartist3
Despite the doberman's behavior sometimes, Exile put up with him because the team just wouldn't be the same without the Weird Boy...and, if he was to be quite honest with himself, he knew that he'd miss having Blitz around.
