It figures that right after I buy a bunch of TMNT DVDs online (a kind of Christmas present for myself, hehe), I find out that Kung Fu Panda 2 is coming out on DVD in two weeks. Gah. And I can't buy it since I already spent money on myself, and it's time to start buying Christmas for others. *sigh* I guess I'll just wait until January to buy it...or at least until after Christmas...heehee.
Speaking of Kung Fu Panda though, I had another random observation about the series today. I actually kind of started thinking about it yesterday, though, after watching the episode "Owl Be Back". And as I kept thinking back on the episode, it kind of made me a little mad. I mean, I knew Po wouldn't really turn evil, but I honestly wouldn't have been surprised if he did given the way the Five treated him. If they really thought that he was going to turn evil, shunning him and everything like they did is not the best way to go. Even Shifu, the only one willing to treat Po normally, still had doubts that Po might turn evil someday. But if you expect that to happen, that's when it really happens! Self-fulling prophecy, people.
Hmm...though now it seems I've gotten a story idea from it. Weird...
