Usagi took a deep breathe before entering the secluded forest clearing. A medium sized box sat there innocently enough. Scrawled across the top in big black letters were the words “Pandora’s Box”. The box looked plain enough, a deceptive sky blue. However, one glance told her something evil… something that was pure evil resided in that box.
She gulped unsteadily and walked forward. This had been her mission. She had accepted it to prove that she wasn’t afraid. She would do this. Slowly, cautiously she placed both hands on the lid and lifted slowly. Taking a deep breathe she threw the lid off and screamed as something came flying out at her. She scrambled backwards, away from the box.
Three girl’s laughter rang from the clearing as they stepped into view, leaning on one another to keep from falling down. Usagi spared a glance at them before she walked slowly forward picking up the spring attached to the box. She turned it so she could see what was on the other side, only to see Mamoru’s smiling cardboard face staring at her.
“Well… At least I was right about the pure evil part.”
