Sometimes I feel as though I'm at a mountain edge, viewing my life as I look down and seeing what it could be when I look towards the unseen top. There are ridges and hills on the way to the top, but I know I'll pass them by. I find it's really lonely as I look down, but see companions on other hills with worn rope bridges between our mountains. There's a glorious Ivory balcony further ahead of me that
overlooks meadows and baren grass planes. The Ivory balcony is just a distraction. If I look closely, there is another tricky rope bridge which leads to a trecherous hill with only one other bridge leading to it. I know that that bridge leads the one just for me to the same mountain and we'll traverse it's dangerous ridges together. I know that their are caves their filled with secrets, wonder and hardships, but if I can be with that One other, than It will be worth it. I'll go as far as I can on my own mountain until I can reach this bridge. There are small oxygen bars along my chosen mountain path and they offer little comfort. Someday I hope to look to my side on this mountain which is life and be able to see the one I love aproaching. I'll wait for him till the mountains crumble and erode away. I'll wait till new mountails form and die again. For it is worth being by his side, and in his sight. It is worth waiting to love and feel loved in return
