And thank god for records.
So I wake up today and check my email. And find that apparently some jerk from ebay has done a chargeback on 2 SM Charamide cards that they bought from me in May. I am like freaking out. Buuut on a good note, I have my shipping documentation. Hah! Take that bitch.
The only thing that is strange is that the card name and shipper name is different. Like maybe mother/daughter relationship. So I am wondering if the daughter bought it without permission. Or if this is just a common practice to cheat people out of money and get shyt for free. I sent the user an email inquiring of the chargeback just in case. But I don't think there is a mistake I really feel like something shady is going on here.
I just hope that I am protected and get the hold on the transaction funds listed. Otherwise I lose $28. Which thankfully isn't a lot, but that is bullshit. This is the first time I have ever had to deal with shady buyers. And I won't be doing it again.
I am just thanking the stars that I happened to use the online postage system so all the transaction information is recorded and I saved/kept the email. I plan on keeping every transaction from now on. *phew*
Ok, gonna go back to bed me thinks
