Ok, finally got my last email back from celga. They are cutting down markup by 50% which is reasonable. $25 for an $85 order is much better. Not entirely happy with everything, but I can live with that. Now I just have to wait for my new invoice so I can pay and get my goods. haha
But overall I don't think I will be using them again in the future unless it is an auction that I can't bid on thru SMJ. They explained that they charged those amounts because of ppl abusing the system and ordering many 1yen items so they only had to pay one markup of $5 but my order wasn't something like that. I don't mind paying for a service, but don't abuse it. I said my piece though and made a suggestion for them to either make a website order page or at least mention that they charge the same for website orders as auctions.
To me placing the order from a single website is not the same as winning multiple items from a single seller so I didn't expect them to be charging what they did for auctions. I understand that they have to get the items and catalog them, but they should all be arriving at the same time so it shouldn't take extra work on their part. They shouldn't be shipping things separately either so I don't know how the work of a website order equals to the work put into an auction. *sigh* Whatever. I am satisfied with the outcome and I will check out other services.
See how much goody-japan charges for their orders and go from there.
So now it is 3:37am and I am still up. Getting hungry now but I need to go to bed. I can't believe I stayed up this late. I was supposed to be in bed by 2am. My alarm is set though and I will NOT be missing class today. ^___^
I also just ordered another 5 doujinshi from jpqueen.... >.< My order is getting so expensive. That is it. I am not allowed to add anything else to the damn thing. The main reason I ordered though is because the tsubasa and loveless doujin really looked pretty and I didn't want to miss out. Plus shipping didn't change so all I was paying for was the items. yay!!!
Ok, gonna try to go to bed now so I am not a zombie tomorrow. Got lots to work on. ja!
