a little pissed right now
Just got home like 20min ago and was checking email. I had already received an invoice from celga for my doujinshi order. It came out to $143 and I was like WTF... So looked at the invoice and everything looks ok so far.

Bank xfer fee - check
Markup for order - check
internal shipping - check
Combined auction fee - excuse me!?
I was like, this is a NON auction purchase. Why is there a fee of $40. They only had to place 1 order for 12 items yet they are charging me for combining 8 things??? So I have emailed celga and based on their response to this I will decide if I ever use them again. They have their uses for YahooJP because some sellers don't take deputy services and they have some accounts that they reserve so they don't get flagged/banned from bidding, but I don't know. I feel kinda cheated and swindled right about now. I had even read through all their information on the website, but they don't really have anything that explicitly discusses Website Orders alone.
But I am dealing with this calmly and inquiring into exactly what is going on. And if they give me the runaround or some bullshit excuse that the fee is what they really charge then I will give them a piece of my mind and suggest that they update their website. I did what I could to make sure I knew all the fees, but they just didn't have all the info and it isn't right to pull these charges outta their ass like that. *fumes*
But I am getting ahead of myself. It could be a mistake and they may even remove the fees. We shall see. Either way I will definitely give them some advice and tell them to update their FAQ and commission info and to have a little section just for Website Orders as well so no one else runs into this. *sigh*
So disappointed right now. But at least the transaction is almost over. I gotta find out when the items arrive so I can request shipping too. haha They my babies will be here. *does a little dance*
