End of the semester goodness

Now that my senior project is almost done and I've turned in almost everything major, I can do things that I've been putting off for months! YES!

First of all, I finally started reading The Color of Magic. It's great. I love it. However, if I had started this while writing my senior project, I would have gotten so distracted by the fantasy/sci-fi genre that I wouldn't have finished my project until the last minute. Instead, by putting off reading a fantasy/sci-fi books, I was able to turn my project in early so I didn't need to worry and stress about it all week. I'm quite proud of myself for that.

I also started playing WoW again. Slowly, though. I'm sort of easing my way back into video games because so I don't overwhelm myself -- specifically with WoW. Last night, Jeremy and I played for a little over an hour and the majority of our guild was on so I got to talk to everyone. That was nice. Apparently, I've been missed because whenever I've gone on recently they all pounce on me with "hellos" and "hugs." It's nice and I've missed it but I'm very happy I took a hiatus from the game. I was completely burning out on it during Winter Break and now I appreciate it a lot more.

Jeremy and I watched the Doctor Who Christmas Special last night (finally). It was fantastic and I'm so happy the Doctor finally got to say the "Alonsy Alonso" line. ^_^
