Personality:
Usagi Tsukino is an incredible ditz who seems to have no real good qualities about her, other than the fact that when you get to know her, she can be really nice. She does have a few small problems which sometimes put people off, like the fact she tends to whine and complain a lot as well as eat a lot of food, however, the whining and complaining starts to lessen as she grows as a senshi as well as a person.
However, this is not always the truth, as when Usagi transforms into Sailor Moon, her personality changes as she learns to deal with the difficult enemies and truths that come her way. She becomes a lot more confident in herself, less whiny and a lot more dependable as a leader of the sailor scouts.
She cares a lot about her friends and family, though her brother doesn't always see eye to eye with Usagi which ends up in them arguing or fighting a lot. Her caring nature shows through a lot during the series, especially when Ami begins to change and becomes Dark Mercury, Usagi begins to be upset over her friends change and does whatever she can to try and change her friend back to who she used to be.
Usagi also has a incredible capacity for love, as she falls deeply in love with Mamoru Chiba, and she tries to deal with it by talking to Luna about it and eventually talking to her friends. She finally decides to try show him that she loves him by making him a muffler, but she never gets to give it to him, however, Tuxedo Mask tells her that she will get the chance to give him it eventually.
Sexuality:
Usagi has never thought about sex or anything regarding sex, however, she does have the ability to love people and that shows that she could have sex when she is ready eventually.
In my headcanon, she is sort of bicurious, though leaning more towards being straight due to her crush on Mamoru Chiba. The reason why I think this is that in the live action, she never really shows an interest in any other boys in her life, though she seems really close to the sailor scouts and sometimes, it seems like it could be a lot more than friendship.
This may change as she grows up but right now, this is the way that I see Usagi to be.
Abilities:
As Usagi Tsukino, she has no real powers at all, other than the power to eat a lot of food and cry a lot, if you count that as a power. That is of course, until she transforms into the soldier of justice, Sailor Moon.
As Sailor Moon, she has the power to use multiple weapons and items to help her defeat the bad guys, such as her Moon Tiara and her Moon Wand. Her main skills with these weapons are:
- Moon Tiara Boomerang (She throws her tiara towards the enemy like a boomerang.)
- Moon Healing Escalation (She heals the enemy with her moon wand.)
- Moon Twilight Flash (She uses the moon wand to attack the enemy.)
She also knows a little bit of martial arts in her senshi form, that she uses to dodge the enemies attacks as well as try and fight against them with not much luck.

Multifandom:
Oerba Dia Vanille, Final Fantasy XIII
Usagi and Vanille would get on great together, especially since Vanille is so easy going and friendly. They might have their differences in the way that they do things, especially if Vanille told Usagi about what she had done, even if she never meant for anyone to get hurt.
Vanille would teach Usagi about her world, and Usagi would be very comforting and kind about it, even if Usagi couldn't do anything to help Vanille and couldn't tell Vanille about the powers that she has.
Since they both worry about others a lot, this would also make them bond more. I could see them talking to each other about the problems that they have now in the present, and trying to console each other in private, without telling anyone else about their worries.

[Usagi was hiding in a dark alley of Siglen, her eyes carefully watching behind her so that no one could see her transform into Sailor Moon. With a hand held up high holding her heart brooch, Usagi's head turned to the sky]

[With a bright flash, her transformation sequence begins, her bodice creeping across her body, and her boots magically appearing on her feet. As her body twists and turns, ribbons bounded across her body, making the bow on the front and back of her body. Her skirt sprouted out of her bodice, as her golden tiara flashed across her head. Eventually, the light around her dimmed, and the sailor soldier of justice and love stood in her typical position, one hand crossed over the other, pointing towards the darkness.]
In the name of the... Oh.
[she blushed as she realized that there was no criminal nearby her like she had seen just five minutes before her transformation. There was a trail of jewels littering the ground and Usagi cursed herself under her breath, before taking off at a fast pace to chase after the villain that her stolen the jewels from a local shop that she nearby.]
