My brother will go to the Chocolate Show on Saturday and hopefully get photos and an autograph from my imaginary boyfriend: Jacque Torres. =D He's a chocolatier and pastry chef. He also has distinction with the FIC and I believe he's the dean/direct of pastries (if not, chocolate) at the Culinary Institute in SoHo...
