So wow. It's over.
And I'm not sure how I feel about that.
You know what? I'm going to be happy. Because I'm glad I went. I don't care if you didn't have fun. I tried to, and I did.
It may have taken a lot of work though.
I don't care if it's uffing 1:13am. I'm going to write a lengthy entry. And you just might read it, if you get that bored. :)
I woke up at 9:30, but very much against my will. [what, my will? will patterson? :O sorry, i had to.]
::looks down at flower-thing. cor.. i don't know. the flower thing [/rambling] beck gave me::
::beams::
Um. I'll be random about it.
My mom did my hair, nails, and tried to do my make-up. I gave up and did it myself though :)
I liked my hair. Really, I did. At first I didn't, but I grew to like it.
Okay, so she french braided it from the 'nape', or something, of my neck and it went up to the top of my head. All of that was put in a ponytail, and then all the hair in front was brought over and curly. I'll show you a picture. In tomorrow's post.
My nails are light purple. My make-up wasn't much different from normal. I had more eyeliner on though. :):):)
Mom and I went to BMOC and bought a 'shawl'. But then..
Emily Hinton let me borrow hers. It was nicer, and I had already called Natalie asking to borrow it. So I wore Emily's. :)
Um.. Tara Wimbish [heh, sp?] rocks my world. She was going to do my hair, but she had to work until 5, and I was supposed to be at Caroline's at 5:15. We went to see her at Steak & Shake, to make sure she wasn't coming over. Wee, she let us borrow her curling iron though. And I really liked it.
Beck's so sweet. Thank you for going with me. :)
We picked up Michael [Beck, but he prefers Michael] and headed over to the Strickland's.
The rents took 80 billion pictures there. And I liked one of them of me. But it's just of my hair. And I'm turned around. Oh, and that one of just our legs.
I'll post them though. I will.
Then we headed to LUCKY 32 in Greensboro. Craig, Ivey's cousin, drove us. Sigh, I really like him. He was sweet, and he made all the guys open our doors.
I had fun there. And I ate the best chicken tenders I've ever had in my life. Heh :)
Then we went to Cotillion. Despite showing up around 9 [an hour late], we were still embarassingly early. No one was there. The lights were on. And they were playing an old jazz song. Yeah.
People showed up eventually, and I really ended up having a good time.
No one would dance at first. Beck wouldn't dance to the first slow song, but eventually warmed up and danced with me.
Katie wouldn't dance. Eventually she did too. I got Ellen to dance.. she wasn't as hard to convince ;) And I don't know. I tried to teach Kameron. and Tyler. and Beck.
Not that I can dance to begin with.
Will [
poopy_lumpskins] was there with Jessica
jvo, but not many other "lj-ers". Tyler,
corkscrew0717 of course. :) Oh! And I talked to
washed_up You looked so pretty!
Sigh. I met a lot of new people, which made me happy...
I randomly walked up to Ryan Moffit [our little brothers are friends, but I think he's hot.] and introduced myself. I was proud of myself, as stupid as I felt. And he was nice.
I met Frannie Wooten, Kristen [who I already know from pre-school, but we haven't talked in forever] Gnaw, Ali's boyfriend [I talked to him twice, and I still don't remember his name. Bah.], and a million other people from Williams that Chessa introduced me to.
Mom wouldn't let me go to Frannie's tonight. Bah. Oh well.. I hope you guys are having fun :)
And I'm tired as everything.
I've decided, and it's offical. I had fun tonight.
I LOVE YOU!
