Exactly. Since I've been here, it had been fog and monsters combined, people had been very... sinfully, so to speak, the singing and the buidlings... yes.
Most of them aren't so amusing, though.

The voices have been a common occurrence, and every time they spoke something strange, dangerous, or just downright amusing happened right afterwards.

We have ascertained that they do not seem to have any link to the scientists who provoked this.
