so, last night, i talked to this lady from california. her name was ruth and she 71 years old. by the end of the survey, she had decided that i sounded so much like her grandaughter that she wanted to fly me out to california and spend a week with her and her husband because i was such a nice young lady. hahahahahahaha. that's when i hung up on her, psycho hose beast.
