(no subject)
yay for shiny toy guns! they were great live. the girl wasnt so great singing, but it was a great show. and the rapture turned out to be pretty good too. i bought a poster and got it signed, then got a pic with the cute boy and lauren and derek. then jaime derek and i stole the cool poster from their poster holders :-D so basically, it was an overall success.
on another note, beach trip was almost ruined. but im trying to work something out, because this was just as much for me as it was for peter and his friends. so yea. im on a mission to go to gulf shores.
after that, my summer is pretty much done. ill be working >20 hours/week if they let me. and ill be taking phys 2102 and 2108 this summer. pretty stoked about that ... at least there's my birthday and peter's birthday to celebrate.
other than the concert and peter graduating, this week has pretty much sucked. one of our really good family friends died saturday and her funeral is tomorrow. im not looking forward to that. it makes me too sad to think about it. and to top it all off, julia is moving tomorrow also. bleck. i havent seen much of her this year, but its gonna suck when i cant just call her up and get together or stop by charlie's and hang out for a while. i hate growing up.
