Day 2 in the "Plan to take care of my body so I don't haphazardly kill myself via malnutrition or scurvy" is underway! And off to a good start, too!
I haven't gone to a doctor yet (they terrify me; if only they were all like Chopper.. ;_;), but we figure that my dizzy spells are related to some kind of deficiency. And to be brutally honest, I don't drink enough water in a day or eat well enough at all. I kinda suck. A lot. So I'm trying really hard to go back on track (if I ever WAS on track to begin with).
I started yesterday morning and this morning off by having a slice of toast with a nice glass of cold water and a multivitamin. The bottle says it has TWENTY-NINE minerals and vitamins and that it's for "PERFORMANCE DRIVEN ADULTS". I AM A PERFORMANCE DRIVEN ADULT. THIS IS GOOD. YES. Also, yesterday I had a bagel with cream cheese and today I'm bringing in a slice of cheese with two pieces of bacon and an english muffin to construct my own SANDWICH OF DOOM. I'll have tacos for lunch and I honestly can't remember what we were supposed to have for dinner tonight but it will be DELICIOUS.
I'm hoping that by eating properly like this, I'll start to have more energy. I went to bed at 8:20pm last night. So uncool. I didn't get anything done and I have a lot of work that I need to do. I haven't even been able to go through my friends list and read everyone's entries yet. I AM FAILURE, FORGIVE ME. ;.; At least I appear to be starting the day off really well though, right? XD I have a lot of energy, kind of unusual for me.
