Clean clean clean!
Wow, yesterday, I was incredibly productive when I got home from work! I tidied up the apartment almost entirely... Here's all the crap I did!
- put all the new DVDs and games I bought over the last month or so away on my entertainment center
- dusted off the entertainment center
- took my Vash and Wolfwood figures back out of their boxes and put them up for display (need to bring Meryl home to join them)
- threw out all of the garbage on the coffee table
- threw out all of the shopping bags that I had just left laying on the floor next to the sofa
- cleared off the sofa of all the crap that I had left on there
- cleaned out the vaccuum cleaner, dusted off the vaccum cleaner
- cleared all of the clothes off the floor in my room
- finally put that little suitcase away in the corner
- swept the floor in my room
- took the burnt-out light bulb down from my bathroom so that I could see what I need to replace it with
I'm sure there's one or two things I had forgotten. :D But yeah, super productive! Go me! I've been meaning to do all this for a long while now... seeing all that clutter just kept annoying me but I would always be too tired after work to clean it up. But since Rachelle and Jer are coming over this Friday, I figured it was good motivation. ;P I even actually made myself dinner, too... but the chicken fingers I bought are so fucking nasty (too processed). Tonight I have to do this:
- wash my bed sheets
- wash all my towels
- vaccum my living room carpet
- clear off the coffee table of the rest of the junk on there
- dust off the coffee table
- wash all my dishes
- take out the garbage
- maybe bring down the recycling
Not as much, but the laundry is going to be expensive... I think I have to do three loads at a $1.50 each. :/ It has to be done, though. I just hope I have enough change... that's $9! Ick! X| Just when I finally got a bunch of loonies and quarters together, too. Shitty. :P Such is life, I guess... At least everything will be clean. :3
