OH MY GOD. The people who live next to me have a dog and it WON'T SHUT THE FUCK UP. @_@ Me going INSANE. It just keeps barking in a really shrill manner, and it's been doing it almost non-stop for the last two hours. I don't care, I'm calling the office and leaving a message about it... this is fucking ridiculous, especially since no one is allowed to even HAVE a dog here.
