(no subject)
I know there's probably a few people here who're wondering where I've been over the last few weeks, so I'm going to take this opportunity to go over the events quickly. I say quickly because it could get pretty boring. ^^;
- I spent all of my time during the daytime at the college, obviously.
- Most of my evenings were spent working... and if I wasn't working, I was either at the anime club, doing homework or going out somewhere.
- The last two weekends, even, provided no rest for me as I came in for a 9am shift on all four days and often spent more time than needed, working on homework and the like. @_@;
- I spent most of my free time last week working on my final 3D assignment... which I was able to hand in on time.
- Classes ended for me yesterday and I had an interview with the people at Ganz in Toronto for my placement.
- My prof contacted me today to let me know that I got the placement! And that it actually pays an hourly rate of $10. I'm so relieved!
I think that's pretty much the jist of it. ^^ Doesn't sound like much but I don't think I had the opportunity to sit back and relax for more than two weeks at this point. I spent all of today lounging around, reading manga, watching anime that I needed to catch up on and chatting. I still feel pretty lethargic though... it feels a bit weird to be able to have space to breathe right now. I'd love to work on my sites or on some icons or wallpapers, but... no matter how much enthusiasm I have, I just can't muster up the energy and creativity. :X
The next little while will also be pretty busy... I probably won't have a lot of time to relax with all the packing and sorting that needs to be done. Just six more days...!
