Non-college related crap! OMG! XD
I've gotten back into Shoujo Kakumei Utena; I managed to find a torrent that had all 39 episodes from the series and the movie and it finally finished downloading on Monday. ^_^ It was a 10gb file! But it was worth it. I got into Utena when Software Sculptors released the VHS tapes of the first thirteen episodes but I was never able to watch the full series because it took them years before they ever decided to release the rest of the series. x_x; I remember trying to download fansubs a few years ago but the quality of the videos were poor and I was never able to get past a certain episode. I think I got half-way through the Black Rose arc and that was it. ^^;; But now I'll be able to watch the whole thing~!
I'm also working on buying the Shoujo Kakumei Utena manga. It took the local comic book shop an eon before they finally got volume one in stock. ^^; I've got the first two volumes and I'm surprised at how different things are in comparison with the anime. I'm also surprised at the lack of info on the manga on any Utena fansites... if I had more time, I'd work on making a shrine to Utena that included info from both. ^^ I also downloaded all eight OSTs for the series, which totals for 215 songs and 8.7 hours worth of play time. XD Good lord.
Oh, and speaking of web sites, I was approved for the All Blue fanlisting! I need to sit down and create the layout soon because I think it's already been two weeks since I got the fanlisting... I've got an idea of what I want to do, so hopefully I can get enough time to do it over the weekend. I feel a little guitly because I should be using my free time to work on my portfolio, but at least this is something that I could actually use in it. :3
And an update on the cold: I'm getting plenty of rest (sort of), staying cozy warm, taking medicine and I'm drinking some OJ right now. I'll be damned if I let this thing take over! X3
