First time.
“I want to go theeere!!!!!!”
“You didn’t have to scream like that, Yama-chan…” Chinen covered his ears.
“But I really want to go there~!!”
“Where?”
“Here~!!” Yamada shoved a pink brochure in front of Chinen’s face.
“Cutie Berry Café?” Chinen read it carefully. “We will give 2 tickets of ‘All Strawberries You Can Eat’ for 5 lucky customers~! Please enjoy yourself~!”
“Today is its 2th anniversary and you know what,” Yamada took out 2 small papers from his pocket. “Jajaa~n! I got the tickets~!!”
“Sugoi, Yama-chan! How did you get it?”
“Hehehe… I only have to give a little of my idol smile to them, then they just gave these to me~!”
“I-Idol smile?” Chinen sweatdropped.
“Yup~! Easy, ne?” Yamada laughed, completely ignoring Chinen’s reaction.
“Then… What make you can’t come?”
“You see… We’re having a practice now… The café will close at 6 pm, but we have to finish this practice until 7 pm! That’s suck… This is my rare chance of eating all the strawberry menus in there…” Yamada plopped down to the couch, sulking desperately.
“Jaa, why don’t you go now?”
“Eh?” Yamada looked up to the other boy.
“It’s 5 pm. You still have time! You can eat for an hour, can’t you?”
“What about the practice?“
“You’ve got the basic move and your dancing is awesome. I’m sure you can keep up tomorrow,” Chinen pulled Yamada from the couch to the dressing room’s door.
“Wait!”
Chinen stopped his track and let go of Yamada’s hand. “What?”
“I got 2 tickets, so if you don’t mind…” Yamada scratched his cheeks shyly. “Would you accompany me? Well, it’s not that I want you to skip practice too…”
“I’d love to do that~!” Chinen grabbed Yamada’s arm before continued pulling him from there.

“Ok guys, ready to start again?” Yabu asked the JUMP members.
“Haaaaaii!”
“Uh? Where’s Chinen and Yama-chan?” Yuto looked around the practice room.
“I don’t know… I last saw them in the dressing room…” Inoo said while stretching his arms.
“What are they doing?? If they’re late, I’d get scolded by instructor-san again!” Yabu put his hand on his waist.
“I’ll go get them,” Daiki offered, but just before he left the room, he felt his cellphone vibrated. A text message from Chinen.
Dai-chan, me and Yama-chan is going somewhere. It’s important~! Please make excuse for us, onegai? :3
“Wha-? My… Why does he ask my help?” Daiki sighed and walked back to the irritated Yabu-mama.
Second Time.
Yuto walked into the practice room, still wearing his Horikoshi suit. He came to Jimusho right after school.
“Hi, Yuto!” Hikaru greeted the tallest boy by patting his shoulder. “Eh, you’re alone?”
“Hai…”
“Where’s YamaChii?”
“Anoo… Actually, in our school they did something that made them got detention, so… They still have to stay in school until they finish their punishment.”
“I see… I think you should have the same fate as Dai-chan…” Hikaru remembered the “incident” 3 days before when Daiki got choked scolded by Yabu.
Yuto nodded weakly and then went changing his clothes.
Third Time.
“Yama-chaaaaan~!!”
Yamada turned his head to the bouncing squirrel Chinen behind him. “What is it?”
“Guess what! Ohno-kun asked me to go fishing with him this afternoon~!” Chinen squealed, still bouncing.
“Whoa, that’s good, Chinen! Finally he asked you out!”
“But…” Chinen stopped his bounces. “Today we have singing practice…”
“Seriously, Chinen! You can already sing!! What are you waiting for?? This is your chance! With Ohno-kun!” Yamada patted his back.
“That’s not what I’m worried about. You know, I promised to Ohno-kun that if we went fishing, I must bring Yama-chan along… But it means that you can’t come to practice today…”
“Really? You want me to come?” Yamada’s face shone brightly.
“Yes, but the practice-“
“I’ll pass this time,” Yamada winked to the cute boy. “Let’s go~!”
They left the room, not knowing that someone had been eaves dropping them.
“Are they serious?? Skipping practice again??” Ryutaro stood up from where he hid before.
“Should I tell Yabu-kun? No… I think I only have to shut my mouth this time…”
Fourth Time.
“Moshi moshi, Yama-chan?”
“Chinen? What is it?”
“I don’t feel like coming today…”
“To Jimusho?”
“Where should I come to anyway?”
“…Me too.”
“Eh??”
“You see, we’ve been practicing this dance for the whole two weeks now and I’m really really tired. A day of rest won’t hurt, am I right?”
“Then… Shall we skip today?”
“Count me in.”
Fifth Time.
“Pleeaase, Keitoo~!”
“We really want to go to that brand new amusement park~!”
“This is the only chance we have, because tomorrow we’ll leave Tokyo!” Chinen grabbed Keito’s arm, clinging like a monkey to its mother.
“But… Today is our last rehearsal… Everybody should come, you know…”
“The amusement park has an awesome roller coaster~! Me and Yama-chan wants to ride it so much~!”
“NO! YOU ride it. I will NEVER. But,” Yamada grabbed Keito’s other arm. “You can say to Yabu-kun that I and Chinen are having influenza so we can’t come, can’t you?”
“W-Well…”
“Pweeease~?”
Oh, no. Two puppy eyes attacks.
“……Okay,” Keito sighed in defeat. Chinen’s puppy eyes were already too much for him, and this time, Yamada’s came along. Who would ever survive from them, anyway?
“Yatta~! Keito is the best~!” YamaChii threw their arms happily, and then bounced from the room. “Good luck, Keito~!”
Keito watched them disappeared from his sight. He sighed for the second time that day, before walking to the practice room.
“This time it’s me who must deal with Yabu-kun…”
One Time.
Skipping practice had become a habit for them. They had missed many dance and singing lessons. Yabu, who is the leader oldest of the group, always got scolded from instructor and manager-san. Of course that pissed him off. He knew he’s the oldest but taking responsibility for something you didn’t do was troublesome, right? So Yabu determined to stop them and made them come back to their usual schedule.
He hid behind the couch when Yamada and Chinen were entering their dressing room.
“Ne, Yama-chan. What about our plan, today?” Chinen asked as they sat on the couch.
“We definitely will come. We just have to ask Keito’s help again.”
“Yeah, he’s too easy. Our puppy eyes attacks are very useful for this moment, ne?”
“Not only Keito. We can use it for everybody. Even Yabu-kun… I’m sure he will give up if we ask him…”
“Do you really think so?” someone voice was heard from behind.
The boys turned around and found the pillar guy standing right behind them. He folded his arms in front of his chest.
“Y-Y-Ya-Yabu-kuuunn??”
“You can’t escape this time~”
“Chinen, now!” Yamada gave a signal to Chinen, ready to attack Yabu with their deadly weapons.
The room was so shining by YamaChii’s special puppy eyes attacks.
But, no reaction from Yabu. He stood still, smirking.
“Why?? Why didn’t it work??” Chinen shook Yamada’s shoulder in panic.
“I-I don’t know either… Why he- Look!” Yamada pointed to Yabu. “Oh, crap! He’s wearing sunglasses!!”
“Whaaat?? Sunglasses is puppy eyes attack-proof??”
“Ruuun!!”
They got up from the couch, but it’s too late. Yabu already grabbed them by the collar.
“Where are you going~? We have a practice today, deshou~?” Yabu asked in sing-a-song tone.
“Yabu-kun… Please forgive us… We won’t do it again…”
“Ohohoho~ Say that to our dance instructor, okay?”
Yabu amazingly carried the two boys by their waists to the practice room.
“I’m sure instructor-san will be happy if you explain to him yourselves about what you’ve done this time~”
“Yeah, too happy that he could kill us…” Yamada said weakly.
“Yama-chan, I don’t want to skip practice anymore… Yabu-kun is scary…” Chinen whined with watery eyes.
Yabu chuckled evilly. “Really? Instructor-san is scarier~”
