early weekend
yeah, i took the day off. just after thebcman left i saw two lightening strikes and thunder and i slept again. i think i dreamed that i spit in the skillet of something one of us was cooking dinner in and was like "don't worry, it keeps it from sticking" or something...strange. slept to almost 9-any more that is pretty late for me.
any way, in all amazement! the a/c is off! the windows are open! we got .3 in of rain this morning. and there is more rain out there. a line th at is just about to DG CO.

discovered a deep purple plant starting to bloom. Vernonia baldwinii Torr. otherwise known as western or baldwin ironweed. i will try to save the seed heads to put where i want to put the prairie. all the south side of the house will become the cottage garden. the joe pye weed hasn't bloomed yet, but it is getting there.
i think i'm going to go check out the Ditty Bops at the Gaslight tonight at 5:30. i want to do recycling first and maybe stop and get some pretty flannel to finish the pads with.
sunday its to prison with aratilionkelvar so he can talk OTO and Mason stuff.
