Can I just say: enough about the fucking Da Vinci Code already! It's not *that* good, it's easy-to-read brain candy. Read anything else by Dan Brown and you'll find that he's formulaic and predictable. He's not even all that original (duh!). If you want mystery, intrigue, secret societies and occult knowledge, wrap your brain around Umberto Eco's Foucault's Pendulum. It was published in the late 1980s, and is several orders of magnitude better than Da Vinci Code.
