Another Weird Dream
Had another weird dream this morning. It wasn't set in Cape May, which alone should qualify it as unusual. Instead I was on a grassy plain, crisscrossed with rocky paths. There was a lot of birds around. Some looked like roadrunners and I decided to see how close I could get to one. They took off flying before I could get too close. My first thought was, "So roadrunners can fly." Then I begin to wonder if they really were roadrunners. Then I noticed some larger birds somewhere between geese and swans. I deciided to see how close I could get to one because I wanted a better look. Then a little ways in the distance I noticed a large pond with a number of animals around it, some familiar some strange. I noticed one of the largish goose/swans jump on and swallow a duck. Also at the pond was a large predator of some kind, I'm not sure what species. Most of my attention was focused on a woman wading in the pond. A human woman from the waist up and a tiger from the waist down. I don't recall if she had plantigrade or digigrade feet, I also don't recall if she had a tail. My attention was focussed on her face. She was Caucasian with raven black hair. She kind of reminded me of the character of Flora from the webcomic Two Kinds. I smiled at her and she smiled back and started approaching me. The predator also approached which made me nervous, but the predator turned away and went away. The tiger-woman continued to smile and approach. When she got close enough we embraced and she pushed me onto my back laying on top of me. She said something to me, I forget exactly what, but it was to the effect of she wanted me to father her children. Then we rolled over so I was on top of her and began to copulate. It was mid-coitus thatbi woke up.
