Why the hell are my hall-mates singing Frère Jacques over and over again?! I've heard one of them attempt to sing before (one of those instances where they clearly think they're amazing but could give cats being mangled a run for their money) but this legit sounds like one of them has brought up a keyboard or something. Or actually, scratch that, THEY ARE DEFINITELY WATCHING A TEACH-YOURSELF FRENCH VIDEO. I just heard this typical generic French man go, "Un singe" (as in a monkey) and now there is that plinky plonky music that they use on tapes like that - you know the type.
