(no subject)
... Yay. It's a warm, fuzzy feeling. I took a hot shower this morning, turned on the radio and listened to Sarah McLachlan as the wind whipped the bamboo groves around my landlord's house... it felt like home, Seattle home. Nice.
SO there's a JET thing this afternoon that I have to go to, which means leaving around 11 and eating lunch on the way. Whenever JETs get together it rains, so I've brought my umbrella and coat just in case. Now I just have to kill the next hour or so- which would be a problem, but since I get paid to do nothing I've gotten quite good at it.
...Mom has been on my case to 'do something' before I go home for good next summer, travel or something, so I'm trying to figure out where I want to go. I mean, yeah, East Asia, great, but I'd really like to go to the Mediterranean, or maybe Indonesia or Malaysia... Eh. It's a year away. I guess I don't have to hurry.
