(no subject)
someone told me i was seemingly extra cheery this morning. apparently i said "good morning" with a little too much enthusiasm. smile on the face, and only one cup of coffee. i guess every morning should start off like this morning. waking up early but getting out of bed late, i guess an extra fifteen minutes of cuddling goes a long way... ::gush:: (note: see the previous post, i'm not being suggestive)
ANYWHO
evan and i got a guitar lesson yesterday. the guy was awesome, and was really paying attention to details. he's going to instill good habits in us, like how we hold the pick and making sure each string is vibrating correctly. he is a really chill, laid back guy, who really knows what to look for and how to keep us encouraged. i'm really really excited, and i really really want to just sit down with my guitar now.
he also had the cutest, most playful, most adorable kitty kat i have ever seen. it was about 4 months old and we became friends instantly. he was jumping around and playing with everything, even the piece of paper the instructor was writing the chords on. he also jumped into my purse and started scrounging around in there for something. he must've smelled something he liked! the kitty's name is henry and i will steal him if someone leaves me alone with him haha.
