i dont like holidays. i dont like gift exchange. i feel that if you plan on getting someone a gift, it should be random and for no reason other than you wanted to. not on pre-set days where everyone is either forced to participate in this mass exchange; precariously walking the line of possibly hurting someone's feelings by not giving them something.
fuck that. i dont want presents on my birthday and i dont want presents for christmas. if i want something, i'll work for it and buy it so i can enjoy it on my own terms and not have to send out prefab "thank you" cards with printed snowflakes or holiday cheer. give me a break. i'm sorry for the people that got me something this year because i'm taking the cheap route and only offering a service to all of my family and friends. i'll probably devote 2-5 hours of hard labor to each of them that take me up on the offer to do what i do every other day and super clean their car...
meh. stupid texas. i got to work and was only there 25 mins before i started sweating. i work transitionally inside and out of a shop, and it's pitiful. i want snow and ice to come back this year.
