day three.
i'm researching leonardo da vinci and having no success.
it's not lack of information, more like lack of motivation.
i saw jewstah, jade, and aden last night.
that was interesting.
i got into an argument in government today.
it was over a scenario and we were playing the part of senetors and voting bills.
the scenario is that over 50% of the freshman are failing a class and they're going to close the school for a year. what bill would you pass to help the cause.
i had a couple different idea's and i was trying to share them with her.
but she kept going on about this idea of hers and how it's the only way to help failing students.
alternative schooling.
blah.
none of our group member knew what she was trying to change, i thought i had the gist of it.
so i tried to explain my view.
that instead of the freshman taking electives, we replace that with the core classes that they are failing.
kind of like an alternative school.
but she kept arguing that they needed to go at their own pace.
i said, well that's what they would be doing.
and she kept arguing, saying that my ideas weren't going to help anyone.
i wanted to backhand the woman and tell her to make me toast since that's obviously the only thing she can do right.
i was so mad that she tried to act superior to everyone when her IQ was about 10 points above butter.
my ideas were just as valid.
but in the first place, she joined our group and then she made this little comment like
"the only people who are going to be doing work anyways is jackie and myself"
i wanted to shoot the girl.
more times than not, most the time actually, i do all the work.
i'm usually the one writing everything and coming up with the ideas.
i thought she was just plain rude.
it was horrible.
the great thing was..
my ideas were voted on by more than 3/4 of the class.
VICTORY!
she tried to make everyone pity her. she slacked in 9th grade and had to repeat and she's like "I know what it's like to fail more than any of you"
BULLSHIT!
most everyone in that class has failed and 3 people redid grades.
she's ignorant.
she's rude.
she got on my nerves.
