(no subject)
I havent updated this thing in what seems like forever.
Church is going well. i love my church. hopefully i'll be singing again soon. i really like singing at church, but i get real nervous for some reason. so we'll see. P.S.= i just want to say that i am so thankful for the people at my church. mainly in the youth department. everyone is so friendly and true. Lisa Swigert is my idol, she's amazing.
School is going pretty good too. High school is still high school... boring and dramatic. but what can i say, its Lebanon. I'm glad that i leave before lunch though because thats where all the gossip is and i miss that seeing how i leave after 4th. Thank goodness! because i've been praying asking God to get me out of situations that open doors to gossip and to give me strength to shut my mouth when it comes to talking about other people. its something i massively struggle with. So that is going good. :) Miami is still great! i've made a few new friends and i've had the best of time. Everyone is awesome. College is a lot better than HS because eveyone is a lot more mature. and you see different people everyday and different teachers and everything. i love it.
Speaking of college. i got accepted to Cedarville University and Lipscomb University (in TN)! i'm so excited! :) i dont want to go to Cedarville, but i REALLY wanted to go to Lipscomb and i got in! i'm stoked! i went down there to visit a couple weeks ago and it is soooo nice. everyone is so friendly! i met quite a few people and still talk to some. hopefully i'll be visiting again in the Spring. they keep telling me that they want me to come back, hehehe. i had such a great time. I havent accepted the admission yet though, just in case i need to stay close to home (which may be re-locating) i'm going to visit Otterbein University. We'll see where the Lord places me. wherever i end up, i know i'll be happy. afterall, school is fun!
Today i had one act tryouts. (they are 3 short plays directed by the high school seniors involved in the most recent play). i really want to be Betsy in one of them. its such a fun part. the others i dont really care about, they dont interest me that much. The plays are in like January i think. If you want to come let me know and i'll tell you more :)
I'm loving my job at Bryans pharmacy. its so nice. its a shame though because i need to be working more seeing how i need the money now more than ever because i'm saving up to buy Christmas gifts for my family. But we'll see, maybe i'll get to work more here in the next couple weeks.
Nathan is coming home on Sunday! i'm so very excited! Me and him are going to watch Harry Potter and get tatoos :) sounds fun huh?
